Hourly Design Services — $75/hour
Best for small website updates, UI/UX improvements, individual page designs, Figma modifications, design audits, marketing and digital assets, and small ongoing requests.
- You describe the task and receive an hour estimate before anything starts.
- Work begins once you approve and prepay the estimate.
- Time is tracked and visible in your client dashboard; you’re billed only for time actually worked, and any unused balance is refunded.
- If a task needs more time than approved, I ask before going over.
Option B
Monthly Design Retainer — $375/month
- Five hours of professional design services each billing month.
- Additional approved hours at $75/hour.
- Submit design requests through your dashboard and see your remaining hours at any time.
- The monthly fee is paid in advance. Unused hours expire at the end of each month and don’t roll over.
- Extra hours always need your approval first.
- A retainer reserves consistent design time each month — it doesn’t guarantee immediate or unlimited availability. Turnaround is confirmed with each request.
- Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Full renewal and cancellation terms are in the service agreement.
- Retainer hours are separate from fixed-price projects and can’t be applied to them unless agreed in writing.
| Hours used in a month | Total monthly cost |
|---|---|
| 0 hours | $375 |
| 3 hours | $375 |
| 5 hours | $375 |
| 7 hours | $525 |
| 10 hours | $750 |
| 15 hours | $1,125 |
Option C
Fixed-Price Design Projects
You get one clear project price, divided into milestones. Each milestone has a defined scope, payment and review — you never need to track hours.
| Project type | Starting at |
|---|---|
| Custom landing page | $1,125 |
| Small website, 3 pages | $2,250 |
| Standard website, 5 pages | $3,750 |
| Larger website, 8–10 pages | $6,750 |
These are starting prices, not quotes. Your binding price is the one in the written proposal you accept, based on your project’s scope and complexity. Pricing covers design; website development isn’t included unless it’s quoted separately.
Example: five-page website — $3,750
Requirements review, goals and audience, visual research, two to three direction boards, and your approval of a direction. Paid before this stage begins.
High-fidelity homepage and one interior page, initial type, color and component styles, agreed mobile layouts. Your approval is needed before full production.
Three more pages in the approved direction, reusable Figma components, agreed responsive treatments.
Design QA, organized Figma file, component review, developer-ready designs and specs. Paid before this stage begins, so source files are released on completion.
Smaller and larger projects use the same four stages, scaled to the approved scope and budget.
Start a ProjectHow it works
- Share your project. A short guided brief — no introductory call required.
- Get a written proposal. Scope, deliverables, exclusions, price, milestones, timeline and terms, in your private dashboard.
- Approve online. Ask questions in writing if anything’s unclear; nothing is binding until you accept.
- Pay to start. Each stage, estimate or month is paid before that work begins, securely through Stripe.
- Review and approve. Consolidated feedback, included revision rounds and approvals all happen in your dashboard.
- Keep going. Move into a retainer or hourly requests whenever you need ongoing support.
Good to know
Do we need to meet?
No. Updates, feedback, approvals and payments are handled in writing through your dashboard, so you can respond on your schedule. If your project would benefit from a conversation, you can request a call at any point.
How do revisions work on fixed-price projects?
Each stage includes two consolidated revision rounds (as set out in your accepted proposal). Fixes needed to meet the agreed requirements don’t count as revisions.
What if I want to add something mid-project?
New pages, new features or major changes to an approved direction go through a change request. You’ll see the extra effort, cost (at $75/hour or a fixed price) and timeline impact, and nothing starts unless you approve it.
Is website development included?
No — pricing covers design. I prepare developer-ready files and specs, and development can be quoted separately if you need it.
How do payments work?
Payments are made through your dashboard via Stripe. Nothing is charged automatically — you pay each invoice yourself, and every stage is paid before its work begins.
Do unused retainer hours roll over?
No. Five hours are included each billing month and unused hours expire at the end of that month.
